The figure, in words

Logic circuit with inputs A and B and output Y. A goes to one input of an OR gate; B goes through a NOT gate to the other OR input. B also goes directly to one input of an AND gate, while A goes through a NOT gate to the other AND input. The outputs of the OR gate and the lower AND gate feed a final AND gate giving Y.
