- iPhone and iPad: "Lumi NEET AI" by Aikolumi Software Private Limited, on the App Store. It was first released on 7 October 2024.
- Laptop or desktop: open app.lumineet.com in any modern browser. Your account and progress are the same as in the app.
Choose Continue with Google on the sign-in screen. On iPhone and iPad you can also choose Continue with Apple. There is no separate Lumi password to remember: your account is your Google or Apple account.
- Seeing an empty account? You probably signed in with a different Google or Apple account from last time. Sign out and use the one you started with.
- Your coaching institute set up your account? Sign in with the details your institute gave you, and ask the institute if they do not work.
- Stuck on the sign-in screen? Update the app from the store, check your connection, and try again. If it still fails, write to us from the contact page.
What your score means
Lumi shows three different numbers, and they answer different questions.
- Test score: marks out of four times the number of questions, the same four-marks-per-question basis as NEET. A 45-question test is out of 180; a full 180-question mock is out of 720.
- Daily League points: how you did in that day's league compared with the other students who played it. They reset with each league and say nothing about your NEET marks on their own.
- Ability estimate: Lumi's measure of how well you know each subject, worked out from which questions you got right and how hard they were. Two students with the same percentage can get different estimates, because a hard question answered correctly counts for more.
None of these is a predicted NEET rank. For how NTA turns marks into a rank, see how NEET rank is decided; for how the ability estimate works, see how Lumi works.
Which Lumi is this?
This Lumi is the NEET UG app at lumineet.com and app.lumineet.com, sometimes written as Lumineet or Lumi NEET. If you were looking for IGCSE past papers, an H5P content tool, SAT preparation or a general study planner called Lumi, those are different products and are not connected to us.

Is Lumi free?
Lumi is free to download and has a free plan. Paid monthly plans raise the daily limits on AI features, and one-time credit top-ups are also sold; the app shows current prices before you pay. On lumineet.com, the NEET question bank and NCERT notes are free to read, with full answers for the first 5 questions on the site.
What does my score in Lumi mean?
A test score in Lumi is marks out of four times the number of questions, the same four-marks-per-question basis as NEET, so a 45-question test is out of 180. Daily League points rank you against the other students who played that day's league. Separately, Lumi estimates your ability in each subject from which questions you got right, weighting harder questions more, which is why it can differ from your percentage.
Is this the same Lumi as other apps called Lumi?
No. This Lumi is only the NEET UG app at lumineet.com and app.lumineet.com. Other products called Lumi, including IGCSE past-paper sites, an H5P content tool, SAT preparation apps and general study planners, are unrelated to it.
