The angles of elevation of the top, 'P', of the pole from A, B and C are in A.P. If AP=203AP = 20\sqrt{3} meters, OC=10OC = 10 meters and BP=kBP = k meters, then k2k^2 is equal to ‾\underline{\hspace{2em}}.
