JEE Main 2 September 2020, Shift 2, Physics Q19
Question 19 of 75 in this shift, Physics question 19 of 25.
In the following digital circuit, what will be the output at ‘Z’, when the input (A, B) are (1, 0), (0, 0), (1, 1), (0, 1) :
The figure, in words
Logic circuit with input terminals A (top left) and B (bottom left), each a dot, and output terminal Z (right, a dot). Four gate symbols are drawn: a top gate with a flat back, rounded front and a small circle at its output; a lower gate with a curved back and pointed front (two inputs on the curved back); a middle gate with a flat back and rounded front (no circle); and a right-hand gate with a curved back, pointed front and a small circle at its output, whose output goes to Z. Wiring: A goes right to one input of the top gate, and a branch from A runs down and then right (with a small arc hopping over a vertical line) to one input of the lower curved-back gate. B runs right into the other input of the lower gate and a vertical line from the B line goes up to the second input of the top gate. The top gate output goes right to one input of the right-hand gate and a branch from it goes down to one input of the middle gate. The lower gate output goes right then up to the other input of the middle gate. The middle gate output goes up to the second input of the right-hand gate.- (1)1, 0, 1, 1
